Procedure for online Fees Payment through--- State Bank of India

NOTE: Online Fees Payments through-SBI (Tuition/Registration Fees Only)

           1. Net Banking-Debit/Credit Cards

           2. Cash.

              3. Cheques/DD NOT ALLOWED in SBI Fee Collect (Allowed at University Fees Counter only)

 Navigation of the on line Fees Payment is as under:

Click---SBI Collect

4.

State of Corporate/Institution------Select---Madhya Pradesh

 

Type of Corporate/Institution------Select---Educational Institutions---and click-Go

 

 

5.

Educational Institutions Name—in drop down select “ AKS University”---   and click-  Submit

 

 

6.

Select Payment Category-Select your faculty Name--- Example – Pharmacy/Engineering etc

 

 

7.

Select your Course under the faculty—Example-  B. Pharmacy/B.Tech etc

 

And fill in Student’s details: Student Code, Name etc and enter the text image--- and  click - Submit

 

Note: 1. Fill in the personal information accurately

           2. Remarks column: Please mention-Semester detail

8.

A window will open-Check the students details---  and click -  confirm

 

 

9.

Select the mode of Payment---Net Banking--Card Payments--Other Payment Modes- For Cash Deposit( Select 1st option SBI Branch)

 

For Cash Payments please follow the undernoted instructions

1.

SBI Collect Ref. No will come to your registered mobile number along with other payment details.

 

Click to save the-- pre-acknowledgement Form in PDF.

 

 

2.

Click on the ref. no. shown in tool bar below---a Bank Depository Slip will appear. Take print out and fill in the slip accordingly and deposit in--- ANY SBI--branch.

 

 

 

Please get Depository copy duly acknowledged by bank and submit the same in the college and get your Fees Payment Receipt.
