OVERVIEW

Department of Computer Engineering & Technology was established in the year 2012. The Computer Science department at AKS University, Satna is fully committed to prepare its students with a vision, creativeness and newness so that they can face the challenges of the corporate world. Highly qualified and experienced faculty members of the department play a major role in the university.

The department aims to provide its students with an updated curriculum to analyze, develop, and monitor computers & their various applications as a blend of theory, practical, projects and seminars. The main goals are to enhance problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, analytic, teamwork, developing good communication skills, and readiness to learn new technologies such as artificial intelligence, IOT, machine learning, cloud computing, network security, etc.

• To transmit moral, ethical values and also generate civil skills to the students.

VISION

To create a productive & learning environment for our students and encourage them to carry out research work efficiently. All the courses offered by the department (undergraduate and postgraduate) provide a proper vision to the students and orient them towards rendering their services in society.

Department of Computer science executes Ph.D. and M. Tech (CSE) courses with research and dissertation work with 10 research scholars in PhD. Faculty members published more than 100 research papers in International Journals and Conferences. Dr. Akhilesh A. Waoo published a book on C# With Practical Approach.
