    AKS PHILOSOPHY

    AKS University at Satna [M.P.] promoted by the eminent Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions and value-driven professionals with an enviable track-record of molding almost 30000 students over the last 22 years, is guided by the principle of Think Global and Act Local. The curriculum, course offerings, and the Centers of Excellence at AKS University are all aimed at knowledge creation & skill development, for the regional industry like Cement and cable, and for managing abundant regional natural resources like water, agriculture, environment, mines. This "Industry-Centric" approach of AKS University is giving the students assured opportunities for internship & practical training and knowledge-sharing sessions from industry professionals and extends to the faculty member’s ample research-and-consultancy opportunities.

     

    TEACHING MODEL

    AKS University's teaching is based on the 60-20-20 Teaching Model so that 60% of teaching would be done by eminent & highly qualified in-house faculty drawn from world-leading institutes like IITs, NIT; 20% of teaching would be done by Adjunct faculty from leading institutes form the country & abroad, and balance 20% will be taught by practicing Industry professionals. Leveraging ICT innovatively, Adjunct faculty and industry professionals would teach through Webinars, besides live lectures.

     

    SKILLING MODEL

    The University's structure and philosophy are based upon a 75:15:10 Employment Model whereby 75% of the graduating students would take up jobs in companies, 15% would become Employer-Entrepreneurs, and a balance of 10% would go into research activity. Besides teaching, internships, and industry projects, well-equipped research labs and incubator cells are a key features of AKS University.

    The University's focus is on the Total Transformation of The Individual and producing a complete human being who is not only skilled in a vocation/technology/knowledge, but, has sound values of integrity, teamwork, transparency, and social contribution and is spiritually conscious rather than becoming a mere bread-earner. The University's Faculty of Spiritual Studies would endeavor to arm students with an awareness of the spiritual dimension of human life through short-term choice-based programs in diverse traditions including Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Jainism, etc., and thereby realize the approach of Integrating Science & Technology with Spirituality, as espoused by many visionaries like Swami Vivekanand, Sri Aurobindo, and our Former President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam.

    OVERVIEW

    Department of Law was established in the year 2022. The Law department at AKS University, Satna is fully committed to  prepare its students .


    OBJECTIVE

    • To prepare for judicial and administrative subjects with quality education and training in the field of law.

      To prepare a chain of human behavior keeping in mind the national and international competencies primarily as Civil Judge, Prosecution Officer, Law Officer and Legal Adviser. Professional lawyers who look forward to alleviating human suffering including various roles in society.

      To prepare experts in law according to the judicial parameters of legal participation in view of the global business system, international relations and competitive conditions.

    • To develop intellectual ability, dispute resolution skills, understanding to avoid legal complexities, familiarity with the institutions of the legal system, sensitivity to poverty.
    • To shape efficient leadership potential in the fields of state, community organization, social enterprise, corporate enterprise etc.
    • Ability to use electronic resources and use IT skills in the context of modern development.
    • Use of various pedagogical methods and demonstration and promotion of innovative research capabilities.

    AKS University Satna [M.P.] promoted by the eminent Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions and value-driven professionals with an enviable track record of moulding almost 18000 students over last 26 years, is guided by the principle of Think Global and Act Local.

     Rajiv Gandhi College Satna is one of the best colleges in the Vindhya region for students who are looking for the graduation course in computer science field. It was established by four brothers; Er. Anant Kumar Soni, Mr. Avanish Kumar Soni, Mr. Ajay Kumar Soni, Mr. Amit Kumar Soni. The college is self-contained for all its requirements.

    Rajiv Gandhi College, Satna is one of the premier colleges in the Vindhya region imparting quality education. Established in 2000, it offers various courses in affiliation with A.P.S. University, Rewa. The University has approved the college as their affiliated college. The college is self-contained for all its requirements. Rajiv Gandhi College has a unique standing in the field of Bioscience, Computer, Commerce and Management education. The College conducts university-affiliated Courses. college aims at providing prompt education to students from all walks of life, which includes Computer, Science, Arts and Commerce.

    Pharmacy: Introduced in 2006 "Pharmacy" is commonly considered as a shop (also known as Medical Store or Chemist) where medicines are stored and sold or prepared.

    In the academic or professional world, Pharmacy is defined as the branch of science that deals with the preparation, doses, dispensing and effects (including safety) of medicines (or medicinal drugs or simply drugs).

     

    In 2011 AKSU has started first session of academics.

     Satna is unofficially acknowledged as the Cement capital of India, given the preponderance of vast amounts of Limestone deposits in and around Satna, and every major Cement player, including Birla Group, Jaypee Group, Reliance Group, Prism Group, having established its cement plants or in the process of establishing new plants or upgrading the capacity of existing plants. Satna has more than 150-years-old Railway station on the premier Kolkata-Mumbai route. Satna city is home to many architectural wonders and heritage sites including 10th Century world-famous Khajuraho temples depicting the theme that life is a celebration in all its multifarious forms including Kama and conjugal art, and Buddhist caves, Panna forest reserve known as one of the most bio-diverse sites in central India, as well more than 100-year old Panna diamond mines. While moving ahead with modernization beyond the existing air-strip, Satna maintains its pristine traditional glory endowed to it by many succeeding dynasties. Other eminent locales within 30-100 kilometres of Satna are city of Rewa, the home of White Tiger; Maihar town, famous for annual pan-India festivals of classical music for last hundreds of years and for its nationally-renowned temple of Devi Sharda at the top of the hill, which is now connected with ropeway. The unspoilt traditions and lifestyle of the bygone era can be experienced first-hand here at Satna along with sprinkling of resorts and hotels.
